和谐、稳定的工作环境是企业科学、健康、可持续发展的必备条件,也是企业再上新台阶的坚实基础。企业改制是对现状的改变,对原有利益资源的调整或重新配置。这必然会引起一些思想碰撞和利益摩擦。对于处在改制时期企业,安全稳定则成为首要任务。所以,对企业维护稳定工作进行全面思考、做好相应预案,确保维护稳定工作万无一失至关重要。
A harmonious and stable working environment is a necessary condition for scientific, healthy and sustainable development of enterprises and a solid foundation for enterprises to go to a new level. Enterprise restructuring is a change in the status quo, the original interests of the adjustment or reallocation of resources. This inevitably will cause some collision of ideas and friction of interests. For enterprises in the restructuring period, security and stability have become the primary task.
