近年来对血小板功能的研究,提示与血管病有直接关系。本文应用血液流变学及放免法测定74例原发性高血压患者血小板粘附、聚集率和TXB_2、6-酮-PGF_(1a)(以下简称6-酮)的含量,结果分析如下。 1 对象与方法 1.1 对象 原发性高血压组74例,男56例,女18例;年龄:45~68岁,平均年龄59.8岁。均为住院及干休所病例,检查前停药两周。经检查排除了继发性高血压,随机测血压≥21.3/12.6kpa二次以上,按WHO分期均属Ⅱ期。对照组74例,男54例,女20例;年龄45~65岁,平均年龄57.6岁。经临床检查无高血压、冠心病、糖尿病等慢性病。脑电图、血脂、血糖、眼底检查均正常。采血前二周以上未用药物。进行了血浆TXB_2、6-酮含量测定,其中50例同时检测了血小板粘附、聚集率。

Two weeks before blood collection unmedicated. Plasma TXB_2, 6-Ketone levels were measured, of which 50 cases simultaneously detected platelet adhesion and aggregation rate.
