介绍了整体煤气化联合循环(Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle,简称IGCC)发电技术的工艺流程及其目前发展水平、气化技术以及煤气净化系统等关键技术,重点分析了关键技术之一的核心设备-气化炉,从原理、工艺与结构方面对其进行了说明并探讨了部分气化炉存在的问题及改善措施。通过与超临界、天然气联合循环等发电技术对比对该系统的经济性进行了评价,并评估了该系统的热力学性能。最后从IGCC系统、气化技术和煤气净化系统等角度提出了IGCC今后的发展需要,进一步提高各子系统性能与整体的集成度,发展方向也更加多元化,以追求更低耗能和环保。
This paper introduces the technological process of Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle (IGCC) power generation technology and its current development level, gasification technology and other key technologies such as gas purification system. The key equipment of one of the key technologies - gas Furnace, from the principle, technology and structure of its description and discussed some of the problems existing gasifier and improvement measures. The economy of the system was evaluated by comparison with power generation technology such as supercritical and natural gas combined cycle, and the thermodynamic performance of the system was evaluated. Finally, the future development needs of IGCC are put forward from the point of view of IGCC system, gasification technology and gas purification system to further improve the performance and overall integration of each subsystem. The direction of development is also more diversified in pursuit of lower energy consumption and environmental protection.
