一、问题的提出钢筋混凝土双弯构件常见于各类建筑构件,其计算理论和设计方法已反映到有关规范与规程中。我国规范(TJ10-74) 对于双向受弯构件,仅在附录中提出了近似的强度计算方法,而且该计算方法只适用于受拉钢筋集中配置的情况。我国现行墙板设计规程规定:墙板在垂直荷载和水平荷载作用下,两个方向分别按规范(TJ10-74) 中的单向受弯构件
