四月六日,靖江市金悦国际大酒店宴会厅,高朋满座、喜气洋洋,江苏省烹饪协会在这里为靖江市烹饪协会会长夏炳初先生八十华诞举办简朴而隆重的贺寿庆典。来自全省烹协餐饮界的大师、专家、企业家及十余市烹协会长秘书长怀着激动和敬仰的心情参加了庆典。夏炳初先生是全省公认的功高德劭的烹饪餐饮界前辈。他长期担任靖江市商业局分管餐饮副局长,退休后,一直担任靖江市烹协会长,为靖江餐饮的繁荣和发展作出了令人瞩目的贡献。
On April 6, the banquet hall of Jingyue Jinyue International Hotel, filled with high spirits and full of joy, Jiangsu Cuisine Association held a simple and solemn birthday celebration for the 80th anniversary of Mr. Xia Bingchu, President of Jingjiang Cuisine Association. From the cooking industry in the province of cooking masters, experts, entrepreneurs and more than a dozen City Secretary-General cooked with the feelings of excitement and admiration for the celebration. Mr. Xia Bingchu is the province’s recognized high-tech cuisine Culinary predecessors. He has long served as deputy director of Jingjiang City Commercial Bureau in charge of catering, after retirement, has served as President of Jingjiang Cooking Association, Jingjiang food for the prosperity and development made a remarkable contribution.
