针对人工晶体生长过程的特点,提出了基于模糊控制原理的计算机控制和参数自校正方法,并在晶体生长车间投入试用,取得了较好的控制效果. According to the characteristics of the growth process of the artificial crystal, a computer control and self-tuning method based on the principle of fuzzy control are proposed. The method is put into trial in the crystal growth workshop and good control effect is achieved.
