本研究主要目的是分析不同体力活动水平与大学生自觉健康状况关系,研究结果发现:(1)男女生之间的体力活动状况差异非常显著(P<0.01),男生在体力活动高度活跃方面明显高于女生,而女生在体力活动活跃和体力活动不活跃方面明显高于男生。(2)大一、大二学生在不同体力活动水平上没有显著差异(P>0.05)。(3)体力活动高度活跃在大学生自觉健康状况上的得分与体力活动活跃相比无显著差异(P>0.05),但明显高于体力活动不活跃(P<0.05),体力活动活跃在大学生自觉健康状况上的得分显著高于体力活动不活跃(P<0.05)。因此,维持适当的体力活动有助于提高大学生的体质健康水平,降低患病率,提高大学生生活质量和学习效率。
The main purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between different physical activity levels and college students’ self-conscious health status. The study found that: (1) There was a significant difference in physical activity between boys and girls (P<0.01). Male students were significantly more active in terms of physical activity. For girls, girls are significantly more active than boys in physical activity and physical activity. (2) There was no significant difference in the level of physical activity among freshmen and sophomores (P>0.05). (3) There was no significant difference in scores of active physical activity among college students with active physical activity (P>0.05), but significantly higher than physical activity (P<0.05). Physical activity was active in college students’ consciousness. The score on health status was significantly higher than that on physical activity (P<0.05). Therefore, maintaining appropriate physical activity will help improve college students’ physical health, reduce prevalence, and improve college students’ quality of life and learning efficiency.
