新余钢铁有限责任公司,是由原江西新余钢铁总厂依法改组而成的国有独资企业.1993年底拥有设备固定资产6.7亿元,其中部、厅控设备800多台(套),厂控主要生产设备12000多台(套).公司成立以来,狠抓了全员设备管理,大力推行设备点检、状态监测和故障诊断技术,有效地控制了设备事故的发生,减少了设备的“突停”现象,为实现公司的生产经营目标创造了技术条件,提供了优质服务.我们着重抓了下面几项工作.
