对云南水稻品种花糯的广亲和性进行了遗传分析.在花糯与籼粳测验种的三交F1群体中,单株小穗育性和稃尖色均呈1∶1分离,有色单株的平均育性显著高于无色单株,小穗育性与分子标记RG213共分离.在花糯与携带Sn5的广亲和品种的单交F2群体中,单株小穗育性不分离.推测花糯的广亲和性具有明显的主基因效应,且主效广亲和基因与S5等位.
Genetic analysis was conducted on the wide compatibility of Yunnan rice variety Hua-Nuo. In the F1 hybrids of Hua-You and indica-japonica cultivars, the spikelet fertility and spike color of the F1 plants were all separated by 1: 1. The average fertility of colored plants was significantly higher than that of the colorless plants and spikelet plants Sex and molecular markers RG213 co-separation. Spikelet fertility of single plant was not segregated in F2 population of single crosses of flower waxy and wide-compatible Sn5-bearing species. It is speculated that the broad compatibility of flower waxy has obvious main gene effect, and the main effect of wide affinity gene and S5 allele.
