论文部分内容阅读
对《2001年燃油污染损害民事责任国际公约》的订立背景和内容进行了简要介绍,同时对公约在履行过程中可能会遇到的问题进行了分析,并探讨了我国加入该公约的必要性。
The background and contents of the signing of the “2001 International Convention on Civil Liability for Bunker Oil Pollution Damage” were briefly introduced. At the same time, the problems that may be encountered during the implementation of the Convention were analyzed. The necessity of China’s accession to the Convention was also discussed.
