建立保持共产党员先进性长效机制,是整个先进性教育活动的重要课题,是确保先进性教育活动真正取得实效、成为群众满意工程的重大举措,是党的建设的一项长期任务。努力探索党员教育管理新机制,既是加强党员队伍建设,保持党员队伍先进性和纯洁性的需要,也是认识和解决党员教育管理工作面临的新情况、新问题的迫切要求。
Establishing a long-term mechanism to maintain the advanced nature of party members is an important issue for the entire advanced education campaign. It is a major measure to ensure that education for advanced nature is truly effective and a satisfactory project for the masses and a long-term task for party building. Efforts to explore a new mechanism for education and management of party members not only serve the need of strengthening the contingent of party members and maintaining the advanced nature and purity of the party members, but also the urgent requirement of recognizing and resolving the new situations and problems confronting party members in educational management.
