蜗轮滚刀价格昂贵,寿命短,即使把旧滚刀用于粗加工,也还需再制作新刀,这对蜗轮的加工批量很小、规格繁多的机修部门,会使工具费用增多。我们采用滚刀轴向窜动的方法,用废旧滚刀精加工蜗轮,取得一定的效果。蜗轮滚刀正常磨损报废的主要原因是,由于重磨后刀齿在分度圆柱面上的齿厚减小到所允许的数值以下。而滚刀轴向窜动的方法,正相当于使刀齿增厚。为保证齿形的对称性,我们采取正反方向的对称移动。具体操作过程
