随着诊疗技术及科研方法不断进步,人们对甲状腺机能亢进症(甲亢)出现的骨代谢与钙、磷代谢的变化等,作了深入的研究和探讨,现结合国外文献,对此作一简要综述。甲状腺激素在骨代谢上的作用甲状腺激素与骨的发育成熟有关。甲状腺激素可影响垂体的生长激素(GH)合成与分泌,二者互相协同,即GH促进骨的生成和生长,而甲状腺激素则促进骨化与成熟。近年来,显微造影及钙动力学研究指出:甲状腺激素与骨生成和骨吸收有关。甲亢时由于钙、磷运转加速,常有高尿钙、高尿磷、血钙及(?)性磷酸酶(ALP)升高,而发生负钙平衡,负氮平衡,骨骼脱钙,骨吸收
