含有3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基的化合物具有抗炎、抗病毒、抗肿瘤等作用,3,5-二叔丁基- 4-羟基苯甲酸及其衍生物是用途广泛的抗氧剂及紫外线吸收剂,也是合成灭蚊剂的中间体,另外还用于合成3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲酸-2’,4’-二叔丁基苯基酯和3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲酸正十六醇酯、3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲酸正十八醇酯等塑料、橡胶以及光固化涂料等领域广泛使用的抗氧剂、光稳定剂、紫外线吸收剂。因此,3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲酸是重要的医药化工中间体。而目前国内尚无3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲酸产品的生产企业,国外仅有日本和美国等少数化工企业生产,市场前景看好。甘肃省化工研究院研究探讨了3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲酸的合成工艺,以期满足国内外市场的需求,填补国内空白。
