异核中继相干传递二维谱(RELAY)和远程偶合异核化学位移相关二维谱(XCORFE)被成功地用来研究5—氟脲嘧啶衍生物的结构与谱线归属。结果表明,在确定分子中季碳或其它核的连接方式时,XCORFE方法有着重要作用。
The relativistic two-dimensional (RELAY) and remote coupled heteronuclear chemical shift-related two-dimensional (XCORFE) spectra of heteronuclear relaying were successfully used to study the structure and spectral assignments of 5-fluorouracil derivatives. The results show that the XCORFE method plays an important role in determining the linkage of quaternary carbons or other nuclei in a molecule.
