主体间性是自我主体与对象主体的交互活动,它注重人的主体性属性,又强调主体间的合作性.大学课堂是学生创新能力培养的重要阵地,教学交往的主体间性可以避免以教师或学生为单一主体性带来的缺陷,使参与教学交往的各主体能在民主、合作中共同发展.课堂教学的主体间性因受多种动态性因素的影响而具有不确定性,是不充分的主体间性.课堂共同体的构建可促进教学交往中的主体间性进一步地完善,使主体之间相互尊重,互相负责,共同实现教育目标,促进学生创新能力的养成.
