目的通过消毒供应中心关键环节再造及管理,建立科学化、规范化、标准化的消毒供应中心。方法分析供应室现存问题,狠抓硬件建设,营造良好的工作环境,加强消毒供应中心人员素质管理,健全并落实各项规章制度,严格执行各项操作流程,加强各项监测及再生物品的各环节质量管理。结果提高供应中心工作质量,完成供应室向消毒供应中心转型,确保为临床提供充足、合格的灭菌物品。结论通过对消毒供应中心关键环节再造及管理,使供应室从以往的辅助科室成功转变为医院感染控制的重要部门,成为医疗质量安全的重要防线。
Objective To establish a scientific, standardized and standardized disinfection supply center by rebuilding and managing the key aspects of disinfection and supply center. Methods Analyze the existing problems in the supply room, pay close attention to the hardware construction, create a good working environment, strengthen the quality management of the personnel in the disinfection supply center, improve and implement the rules and regulations, strictly implement the operation procedures, strengthen the monitoring and remanufacturing items Link quality management. Results Improving the quality of work in the supply center, completing the transformation of the supply office to the disinfection supply center, and ensuring adequate and qualified sterilized items for the clinic. Conclusion Through the reconstruction and management of key aspects of the disinfection supply center, the successful transition of the supply room from the previous auxiliary departments to an important department of hospital infection control has become an important line of defense for the quality and safety of medical treatment.
