本文对热电制冷进行了理论分析,在不同外界环境、热端温度及热电对高度下,运用ANSYS软件模拟了四级热电制冷器的制冷温度;搭建了实验台并进行了实验研究。模拟与实验结果表明,热电制冷器受外界环境影响较大。热电制冷器制冷温度随热端温度升高而增高,因此保证热电制冷器良好的热端散热是保持其优良性能的必要条件。热电制冷器制冷温度随热电对高度增高而降低。
In this paper, the theoretical analysis of the thermoelectric cooling is made. The temperature of the four-stage thermoelectric cooler is simulated by ANSYS software under different external environment, hot-end temperature and the height of the thermoelectric pair. Experimental bench is set up and experimental study is carried out. Simulation and experimental results show that the thermoelectric cooler is greatly affected by the external environment. As the temperature of the thermoelectric cooler increases with the increase of the temperature of the hot end, it is necessary for the thermoelectric cooler to maintain a good hot-end heat dissipation. The thermoelectric cooler refrigeration temperature decreases as the thermoelectricity increases.
