农村文化建设是社会主义文化大发展大繁荣的重要组成部分。随着农村物质生活水平的提高,广大农民在精神层面求新、求乐、求变的愿望日益强烈,农村文化建设发生了重大改变。但也存在着文化设施薄弱、文化产品和服务供需严重失衡、文化队伍人才匮乏等问题。针对这些问题我们提出了加强农村文化建设的对策思考。 The construction of rural culture is an important part of the great prosperity and development of socialist culture. With the improvement of material living standards in rural areas, the desire of the vast number of peasants to seek new ways of seeking happiness and seeking change in the spiritual level has become increasingly strong. Significant changes have taken place in the rural cultural construction. However, there are also problems such as the weak cultural facilities, the serious imbalance between the supply and demand of cultural products and services and the shortage of qualified personnel in the cultural field. In response to these problems, we put forward some countermeasures to strengthen the rural cultural construction.
