随着皮下埋植避孕方法的逐渐推广,因各种原因需取出埋植物的受术者逐渐增多。皮下埋植硅胶管取出虽是一种小手术,但要达到即简便损伤又小并不容易。实践中发现:无论埋植剂型是六根型还是二根型,由于机体肌肉的运动与收缩式埋植的深浅不一,使硅胶管的排列与位置会有所改变与移动。要想利用一个小切口取出所有的硅胶管就很不现实。若加大切口又会增加损伤。笔者采用直视钳穿法的皮外固定钳(系重庆市计划生育科研所专利产品)取皮下硅胶管甚感简便。
