我们对48例侏儒症患儿行强化CT扫描,以进一步探讨其病因。 资料及方法:男41例,女7例;起病年龄2～8岁,就诊年龄5～15岁。身高均低于正常同龄儿平均值2个标准差或第3百分位以下,每年生长速度<3cm。外貌幼稚,四肢匀称,智力发育正常。出生时臀位产29例,有窒息25例,臀位产中居住农村23例。刺激生长激素释放试验及睡眠后2小时抽静脉血测生长激素(hGH)峰值均低于5ng/ml。 采用德国SIEMENS、Samatom HiQrBCT扫描机行冠状位强化扫描,2例补充鞍区横断切面扫描,并行矢状面彩像重建。
Forty-eight cases of dwarfism children underwent enhanced CT scan to further explore the etiology. Materials and Methods: There were 41 males and 7 females. The age of onset was from 2 to 8 years and the age of treatment was from 5 to 15 years.
