目的建立同时测定高原多维元素片中维生素B_1、B_2、B_6和烟酰胺的HPLC检测方法。方法采用Diamonsil C_(18)柱;流动相:庚烷磺酸钠溶液(取庚烷磺酸钠0.6 g加冰醋酸6 ml与三乙胺1 ml,加水至1000 ml,用2 mol·L~(-1)氢氧化钠溶液调节pH值至3.80)-甲醇(86:14);流速:1.0 ml·min~(-1);柱温:30℃;检测波长:280 nm。结果烟酰胺、维生素B_1、B_2、B_6分别在45.38~113.46、15.85~39.63、15.53~38.82、1.59~4.51μg·ml~(-1)浓度范围内峰面积与浓度之间呈良好的线性关系。结论本方法专属性强、准确度、精密度符合定量分析的要求,是一种简便、快速、准确的军特药质量检测方法。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of vitamin B_1, B_2, B_6 and nicotinamide in multidimensional plate of plateau. Methods Diamonsil C_ (18) column was used. The mobile phase was heptane sulfonate solution (0.6 g of heptane sulfonate and 6 ml of glacial acetic acid and 1 ml of triethylamine were added to make up to 1000 ml with 2 mol·L ~ (-1) sodium hydroxide solution to adjust the pH to 3.80) -methanol (86:14); flow rate: 1.0 ml · min -1; column temperature: 30 ℃; detection wavelength: 280 nm. Results The concentrations of nicotinamide, vitamin B_1, B_2 and B_6 in the range of 45.38 ~ 113.46, 15.85 ~ 39.63, 15.33 ~ 38.82 and 1.59 ~ 4.51μg · ml ~ (-1) showed a good linear relationship. Conclusion The method has the advantages of specificity, accuracy and precision in accordance with the requirements of quantitative analysis. It is a simple, rapid and accurate method to detect the quality of military special drugs.
