目的研究青少年错畸形患者正畸后前伸及侧方接触特征。方法选择16例经正畸治疗获得正常牙列形态的青少年错畸形患者作为病例组,17名性别、年龄与病例组匹配的正常健康人作为对照组,使用T-ScanⅡ咬合分析系统记录2组受试者前伸及侧方运动,并比较2组的分离时间。结果病例组前伸及侧方干扰发生率较高,干扰点多位于第二恒磨牙。病例组左侧方分离时间、右侧方分离时间及前伸分离时间分别为(1.504±0.681)、(1.532±0.913)、(1.358±0.791)s,对照组左侧方分离时间、右侧方分离时间及前伸分离时间分别为(0.470±0.059)、(0.483±0.045)、(0.482±0.047)s。病例组左侧方分离时间、右侧方分离时间及前伸分离时间均比对照组显著延长(P<0.01)。结论与正常健康人相比,青少年错畸形患者正畸后前伸及侧方运动分离时间显著延长。
Objective To study the characteristics of adolescent anomalous posterior extension and lateral contact characteristics in patients with malocclusion. Methods Twenty-six malocclusion malformation patients with orthodontic malformations were selected as the case group and 17 normal healthy controls matched with the age and sex group as the control group. T-Scan II occlusal analysis system was used to record 2 Group subjects before stretching and lateral movement, and compared two groups of separation time. Results The incidence of anterior and lateral in the case group was higher, and the disturbance points were more in the second permanent molars. The left side of the case group, the time of separation of the right side and the time of separation were (1.504 ± 0.681), (1.532 ± 0.913) and (1.358 ± 0.791) s respectively. The left side of the control group, The lateral separation time and extension time were (0.470 ± 0.059), (0.483 ± 0.045) and (0.482 ± 0.047) s, respectively. On the left side of the case group, the time for side-to-side analgesia, the time for right-sided deciduas and the time for pre-extension and extension were significantly longer than those in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion Compared with normal healthy controls, the separation time of orthodontic patients with malformation anterior deformity and lateral movement was significantly prolonged.
