This article mainly introduces the optimization design method of side-flip rectangular coordinates drilling machine (see Figure 1). One end of the swing arm cylinder 12 is hinged to the frame, and the other end is hinged with the ear socket on the rotating column 11. It swivels the swivel housing so that the boom articulated with the swivel 11 housing swings in a horizontal plane. The arm cylinder 10 oscillates the boom within a vertical plane. The thruster 2 is mounted on the outer side of the boom. The throttling cylinder 3 allows the thruster mounted on the bracket 4 to slide back and forth on the bracket.
