目的测定松潘地产大黄药材中的铅、镉、汞、铜、砷5种重金属元素含量,从重金属含量是否超标的角度评价该地区大黄药材的安全性。方法微波消解法处理药材样品,电感耦合等离子体质谱法检测松潘地区不同产地、不同栽培方法的大黄药材中5种重金属元素的含量。结果 5种元素的检出限范围为0.02~0.30ng/ml;各元素线性相关系数均达到0.999 1;采自该地区的20批大黄药材样品中,上述5种重金属元素含量均低于国家限量标准。结论从重金属元素含量不超标的角度,可以推断松潘地产大黄作为药用较为安全,松潘地区适宜发展大黄药材的栽培种植。
Objective To determine the contents of Pb, Cd, Hg, Cu and As in Songhua real estate rhubarb herbs, and to evaluate the safety of rhubarb herbs in this area from the perspective of whether excessive heavy metal content is exceeded. Methods Samples of medicinal herbs were treated by microwave digestion and inducted coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was used to detect the content of five heavy metal elements in rhubarb herbs of different producing areas and different cultivation methods in Songpan area. Results The detection limits of five elements ranged from 0.02 to 0.30ng / ml. The linear correlation coefficients of all the elements reached 0.999 1. Among the 20 samples of rhubarb collected from the region, the contents of these five heavy metal elements were lower than the national limits standard. Conclusion From the perspective of not exceeding the content of heavy metal elements, it can be concluded that rhubarb in Songpan is safe for medicinal use and suitable for the cultivation and cultivation of rhubarb in Songpan.
