十八届三中全会召开后,铜仁市委党校迅速掀起了学习十八大三中全会精神的热潮。校党委高度重视,及时在干部党员职工会上传达十八大三中全会精神,迅速启动、精心组织学习、培训、宣传方案,领导干部带头,组织广大党员干部,要求原原本本、认认真真、踏踏实实地学好、学精、学深十八届三中全会精神,把学习、培训、宣传全会精神作为一项重要的政治任务。学习十八届三中全会深刻理解全面深化改革的重大意义、指导思想和目标任务,深刻理解全会对深化经济、政治、文化、社会、生态文明体制改革和加强改善党对全面深化改革领导的部署要求,以十八大三中全会公报为背景,围绕改革重点难点热点问题,组织教师广泛深入调查研究铜仁市当前面临的重大问题,为铜仁市经济社会改革提供决策参考的作用。本期学报按照专题顺序选登中共铜仁市委党校部分专家学者的学习成果,供全市干部职工学习参考。
