办学特色是经济欠发达地区高职院校可持续发展的生命线。高职院校的人才培养模式具体由专业培养目标来实施,人才培养目标规格又因专业不同而异,各个专业的培养目标、教育教学体系、质量规格要求及实际效果等综合反映出学校办学特色,没有办学特色的学校也就缺乏市场竞争能力。教育理念、育人文化、核心竞争能力、办学效益、专业特色的优劣程度直接影响到招生、人才的培养质量及毕业生的就业与创业,事关欠发达地区高职院校的可持续发展。
