我国第六次全国人口普查结果显示,流动人口已达到2.2亿之巨,因此,社会管理创新的背景并不是静止的社会图景,而是“流动中的中国”。众所周知,流动农民对流出地与流入地都会造成一系列问题,产生正负面影响,怎样有效解、消弭负面问题是社会管理创新的应有之义。本文将浅析社会组织的建设发展给流动农民带来的影响,以期对当前的社会管理创新有所帮助。
According to the results of the sixth national census in China, the floating population has reached a huge population of 220 million yuan. Therefore, the background of social management innovation is not a static social picture but a “current China”. As we all know, the floating peasants will cause a series of problems both to and from the outflow places, resulting in both positive and negative impacts. How to effectively solve the negative problems is the proper meaning of social management innovation. This article will analyze the impact of construction and development of social organizations on migrant farmers, with a view to help the current social management innovation.
