为建立与现行《公路钢筋混凝土及预应力混凝土桥涵设计规范》(JTGD62-2004)相衔接的碳纤维布加固钢筋混凝土桥梁正截面强度计算理论,结合CFRP加固钢筋混凝土抗弯构件的研究成果,对加固后截面承载能力极限状态、界限破坏状态、界限加固量以及混凝土受压区界限高度系数进行了合理的界定,最后,针对原《公桥钢筋混凝土及预应力混凝土桥涵设计规范》(JTJ023-85)、现行《公桥钢筋混凝土及预应力混凝土桥涵设计规范》(JTGD62-2004)与《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB50010-2002)的不同要求,提出了粘贴碳纤维布加固钢筋混凝土桥梁正截面强度计算公式。通过与室内试验数据比较,碳纤维布贡献计算值与试验值吻合良好,所提公式可用于实际桥梁粘贴碳纤维布的加固计算。
In order to establish the calculation theory of the normal strength of reinforced concrete bridge strengthened with carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP), which is connected with the current Code for Design of Bridges and Culverts of Highway Reinforced Concrete and Prestressed Concrete (JTGD62-2004), combining with the research results of RC beams strengthened with CFRP, The ultimate bearing capacity of the post-section, the boundary failure state, the limit reinforcement and the limit height coefficient of the concrete compression zone were defined reasonably. Finally, according to the original “Code for design of the bridge and reinforced concrete of the bridge and the prestressed concrete bridge” (JTJ023-85) , The current “Requirements for Design of Bridges and Reinforced Concrete and Prestressed Concrete Bridges and Culverts of Bridges” (JTGD62-2004) and “Code for Design of Concrete Structures” (GB50010-2002), the formula for calculating the normal section strength of RC bridges strengthened with carbon fiber sheet . Compared with the indoor experimental data, the calculated value of carbon fiber cloth contribution is in good agreement with the experimental value. The formula can be used to calculate the reinforcement of the actual bridge affixed carbon fiber cloth.
