生存素基因是近年来发现的凋亡抑制蛋白家族中的一个新成员,具有高度的组织分布特异性和强大的抗凋亡功能,与肿瘤的关系密切。生存素前体RNA的选择性剪接产生了4种生存素的剪接变体,它们在肿瘤的发生中具有不同的作用。
Survivin gene is a new member of the apoptosis-inhibitory protein family found in recent years. It has a high degree of tissue distribution and strong anti-apoptotic function, which is closely related to the tumor. Alternative splicing of survivin precursor RNA resulted in a splicing variant of four survivin molecules that have different roles in tumorigenesis.
