目的探讨基于工作过程的高职《免疫学检验》教学改革与实践。方法对现实的教学方法进行分析,提出工作过程化的改革思路与设计,根据现实情况进行教学。结果教学就必须以真实的临床免疫学检验工作岗位的流程为主线,以工作过程行动导向实施教学活动,才能使学生更快地进入岗位角色的转变。结论经过教学实施,证明学生的操作技能和实际分析问题的能力得到了明显提高,真正做到了理论联系实际,学生动手能力得到了提升。
Objective To probe into the teaching reform and practice of “immunology test” in higher vocational education based on the work process. Methods To analyze the teaching methods of reality, put forward the working process of reform ideas and design, according to the actual situation of teaching. Results teaching must be based on the real clinical immunology test job flow as the main line, the process of action-oriented implementation of teaching activities in order to enable students to quickly enter the role of job changes. Conclusion Through the implementation of teaching, students’ skills of operation and practical analysis of problems have been significantly improved, and the theory has been truly linked with practice. The practical ability of students has been improved.
