本文报道我们在非晶硅单结太阳能电池方面的研究结果。电池采用的结构为Glass/SnO_2/Pin/Ag,其能量转换效率在1cm~2面积上达到10.2％(AM1.5,100mW/cm~2),在0.126cm~2面积上达到11.1％。
This article reports our findings in amorphous single-junction solar cells. The structure of the cell is Glass / SnO 2 / Pin / Ag. Its energy conversion efficiency reaches 10.2% (AM1.5, 100mW / cm ~ 2) in 1cm ~ 2 area and 11.1% in 0.126cm ~ 2 area.
