随着我国素质教育体制改革的不断深入,如何做好高职学生的管理工作越来越受到社会各界的重视。做好高职学生的管理工作不仅能够提高学生未来的职业素质,还能够提高高职院校的学生就业率。因此,对于高职院校来说,抓好高职学生的管理已经越来越重要,这不仅仅是由于高职院校的学生相对于本科院校的学生素质偏低,还对学生的整体教育背景有一定的影响关系,从总体来说,要综合分析高职学生的管理现状,并提出有效的管理对策。本文则从我国高职学生管理的问题进行探讨,并提出有效的解决对策,以供参考。
