研究了一种计划用做深潜器壳体材料的钢。这种钢的性能指标是屈服强度不低于900兆帕和高的韧性。着重于机械性能、热处理特性及可焊性,主要对含Ni2.5~5%的几种钢进行了研究。结果认为杂质含量低,持别是硫含量低的0.09C-5Ni-0.5Cr-0.5Mo-0.05V钢是具有所要求性能的最佳成分。已进行了这种钢的生产熔炼。采用电渣重熔以获得杂质最低和纯净度最高的轧坯。65毫米厚的淬火和回火钢板具有930~960兆帕的屈服强度和172~209焦耳的V型缺口夏比平台能。用这种钢板作深潜器的壳体材料(“深海2000”)。深潜器可下潜至2000米深度。
A steel designed for use as a submersible casing material was studied. The performance index of this steel is the yield strength of not less than 900 MPa and high toughness. Focus on the mechanical properties, heat treatment characteristics and solderability, the main Ni2.5 ~ 5% of several kinds of steel were studied. As a result, it is considered that the content of impurities is low, and that 0.09C-5Ni-0.5Cr-0.5Mo-0.05V steel having a low sulfur content is the best composition having the required properties. The production of this steel has been smelted. Electroslag remelting is used to obtain the lowest quality and highest purity of the billets. The 65 mm thick quenched and tempered steel plate has a yield strength of 930 to 960 MPa and a V-notch Charpy platform capacity of 172 to 209 Joules. This steel plate is used as the material of the submarine’s hull (Deep Sea 2000). Submersible dive to 2000 meters depth.
