选用体重50g左右的健康鲤鱼种240尾,随机分成4组,分别装入80cm×40cm×50cm的网箱内,于封冻前放入越冬池中越冬.于11月、次年1、3、4月取出测定血液学指标.结果,越冬期鲤鱼体重增加缓慢;血液Hb和红细胞数在1月和3月份明显降低(P<0.05),白细胞数一直呈下降趋势;血清总蛋白含量1月份最低(P<0.05),血钙1月份明显下降(P<0.05),而后逐渐上升,血清碱性磷酸酶含量11月和4月份明显降低(P<0.05).实验结果提示,越冬鲤鱼营养不足,机体抵抗力下降,是造成其死亡率高的重要原因.
240 healthy carp species with a body weight of about 50g were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups and placed in cages of 80cm × 40cm × 50cm respectively and placed in a wintering pool before freezing for wintering. In November, The results showed that body weight of carps increased slowly during winter; blood Hb and erythrocyte number decreased significantly in January and March (P <0.05), leukocyte count tended to decrease; total serum protein content in January was the lowest (P <0.05), serum calcium decreased significantly in January (P <0.05), and then gradually increased, serum alkaline phosphatase levels decreased significantly in November and April (P <0.05) .The results showed that overwintering common carp was undernourished, Decline in the body’s resistance is caused by the high mortality rate of the important reasons.
