羊年春节前夕,经济战线喜讯频传。浙江省统计局公布了2002年浙江经济运行最新统计数字,全省GDP总量达到7670亿元,增幅高达12.3％,比前3年平均增速高出1.8个百分点。这是自1991年以来浙江经济连续第12年保持两位数的增长,创下了近几年来最高的增幅。一连串创纪录的统计数据,不仅表明浙江经济在过去的一年里实现了量的新扩张与质的新提高,同时也实证了在此之前省内多位经济专家指出的浙江经济已进入稳定的高速增长阶段的判断,可以说浙江经济由此步入了新的高增长平台。在新的增长阶段,随着大批民营企业完成初始积累和原有国有、集体企业普遍“改制”,市场主体的活力逐步增强,企业的外向拓展能力、盈利能力、发展后续能力持续增强;
