《幼儿园教育指导纲要》(试行)指出:教师应成为幼儿学习活动的支持者、合作者、引导者。在“教与学”中,如何关注幼儿在活动中的表现和反应,敏感地观察到他们的需要,及时地给予指导,是我们教师应努力做到的工作。要做到这一点并不容易,下面介绍的是广州市第一幼儿园的一些尝试,供大家参考。
The Kindergarten Education Guidance Outline (for Trial Implementation) states: Teachers should become supporters, collaborators and guides of early childhood learning activities. In “teaching and learning”, how to pay attention to children’s performance and reaction in activities, to sensitively observe their needs and give timely guidance is what our teachers should try hard to accomplish. To do this is not easy, here are some of the first kindergarten in Guangzhou attempt for your reference.
