江钨集团钽铌加工业,是伴随着国防工业和改革开放及市场经济的不断深化而发展的,四十年来,实现了从无到有,从小到大,成为我国重要的稀有金属加工基地。在目前我国已成为世界钽铌产业大国的背景下,我们应该清楚的认识到江钨集团钽铌加工产业发展的不足之处,尤其是企业的领军人才队伍建设的巨大不足,践行科学发展观,贯彻可持续发展,制定科学的发展政策、举措和人才战略,扬长避短,实现科学、全面、和谐的可持续发展。本文就江钨钽铌加工企业人才队伍建设、发展的现状及存在的主要问题和影响发展的因素进行了深入、系统的分析思考,并结合具体情况,提出了可持续发展的对策建议。
Jiangnan Tungsten and Tantalum niobium processing industry, along with the defense industry and reform and opening up and the continuous deepening of the market economy and development, the past 40 years, from scratch, from small to large, become China’s important rare metal processing base. Under the background that our country has become a tantalum and niobium industry power in the world at present, we should clearly recognize the shortcomings of the development of the tantalum and niobium processing industry of the Tungsten Group, especially the huge deficiencies in the construction of the leading talent team in the enterprise and the implementation of the scientific concept of development , Carry out sustainable development, formulate scientific development policies, measures and talent strategies to avoid weaknesses and achieve scientific, comprehensive and harmonious sustainable development. In this paper, we make in-depth and systematic analysis on the status quo, main problems and influencing factors of Tung Tung-niobium processing enterprise’s talent pool construction and development, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for sustainable development according to specific conditions.
