患者女,34岁,干部。因咯血于1985年3月15日、5月9日及9月20日3次住院。患者于1984年6月4日(月经期前3天)突然咯血约300ml,急诊于当地医院,给肌注止血敏、安络血,咯血至行经第3天停止。之后每次月经前2～3天均出现咯血,行经开始后咯血可自行停止。1985年3月15日(月经前2天)因咯血住我院治疗。查体未见异常。实验室检

Patients on June 4, 1984 (3 days before menstrual period) sudden hemoptysis about 300ml, emergency at a local hospital to intramuscular injection of blood sensitivity, anti-collateral blood, hemoptysis until the third day to stop. After each menstrual 2 to 3 days before the occurrence of hemoptysis, hemoptysis may stop on their own after passing through.
