去年12月13日晚上,仙居县横溪镇樟树桥村发生一起重大火灾,烧毁楼房14间,砸坏2间,屋内财物无一救出,财产损失达30多万元。一幢好端端的农家四合院,一夜间就被无情的大火夷为平地,令人扼腕痛心。灾难已经发生,损失无法挽回。然而,透过这场灾难,我们却发现了一系列令人深思的问题。 火灾发生在这天晚上19点40分。一位村民发现后,首先想到向横溪镇义务消防队报警,可电话呼叫了老半天,消防队里无人接应。情急之中,该村民拨通了横溪派出所的电话,才将火警报告到了义务消防队,此时已是20点10分左右。
