通过电极极化曲线测量和盐雾试验等方法,研究了热固型锌基铬酸盐转化涂层(TCCF)和电镀锌钝化层(CCF)在3.5%NaCl中性溶液中的电化学行为和防蚀性。由此并通过涂(镀)层结构的对比分析指出:TCCF中的Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)氧化物钝化层抑制了阳极的活性溶解,从而持久地保护了阴极基体不受腐蚀。
Electrode polarization curve measurement and salt spray test methods were used to study the effects of thermosetting zinc-based chromate conversion coating (TCCF) and electroplated zinc passivation layer (CCF) in 3.5% NaCl neutral solution Chemical behavior and corrosion protection. Based on the above analysis and the comparative analysis of the coating structure, it is pointed out that Cr (III) and Cr (VI) oxide passivation layers in TCCF inhibit the active dissolution of the anode and thus permanently protect the cathode matrix from corrosion.
