目的应用神经节苷脂对缺氧缺血性脑病的新生儿进行治疗,观察其血清内MMP-9和NSE含量的变化,为临床治疗及预后提供实验依据。方法收集我院2012年6月至2013年8月新生儿病房足月HIE新生儿分轻度HIE组20例,中度HIE组20例,重度HIE组20例,为HIE组。我院产科同期正常足月新生儿10例为正常组,轻度HIE患儿10例为对照组。各组均于生后24 h内、治疗3 d、治疗7 d抽血,用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)含量变化。结果轻度、中度、中度组患儿血清内MMP-9、NSE的含量较正常组升高,治疗7 d后较刚入院相比含量明显减少(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论缺氧缺血性脑病的新生儿MMP-9、NSE的表达明显增高,与病情严重程度有密切的关系。神经节苷脂能很好的治疗由于缺氧缺血导致的新生儿脑损伤。
Objective To investigate the effect of gangliosides on neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) and to observe the changes of MMP-9 and NSE levels in serum and provide experimental evidence for clinical treatment and prognosis. Methods Twenty neonates with mild HIE were enrolled in neonatal ward from June 2012 to August 2013 in our hospital. Twenty patients in mild HIE group, 20 moderate HIE patients and 20 severe HIE patients were in HIE group. 10 cases of normal full-term newborns in the same period of obstetrics and gynecology of our hospital were normal group and 10 cases of mild HIE as control group. Each group was treated for 3 days within 24 hours after birth and blood was drawn for 7 days. Serum levels of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9), neuron-specific enolase NSE) content changes. Results Serum levels of MMP-9 and NSE in mild, moderate and moderate groups were significantly higher than those in normal group (P <0.05) after 7 days of treatment, but the difference was statistically significant . Conclusion The expression of MMP-9 and NSE in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy is significantly increased, which is closely related to the severity of the disease. Gangliosides are a good treatment for neonatal brain injury due to hypoxia and ischemia.
