1 概述白龟山水库位于淮河流域沙颍河水系沙河干流中上游,控制流域面积2740km~2(其中昭白区间1310km~2),与上游昭平台水库(控制流域面积1430km~2)、下游泥河洼滞洪区(控制流域面积11900km~2)共同构成沙河梯级防洪工程体系。白龟山水库是一座以防洪为主;兼顾工农业和城市生活用水等综合利用的大型水利枢纽工程。主要包括拦河坝、顺河坝、泄洪闸及南北干渠渠首闸等
1 Overview Baiguishan Reservoir is located in the middle and upper reaches of the Shahe River mainstream of the Shaying River system in the Huaihe River Basin. The control basin covers an area of 2740km ~ 2 (including 1310km ~ 2 in the Zhaobaizi section), and the upstream Zhaopingtai Reservoir (control basin area of 1430km ~ 2) River Valley flood detention (control basin area of 11900km ~ 2) together constitute the Shahe cascade flood control system. Baiguishan Reservoir is a predominantly flood control; taking into account the comprehensive utilization of industrial and agricultural water and urban life, such as large-scale water conservancy project. Mainly include barrage, Shunhe dam, flood sluice and north-south main canal drains
