咸宁具有旅游资源丰富、区位条件优越、客源市场前景广阔、生态低碳经济发展良好、知名度较高等旅游发展优势。但还存在不足,旅游文化内涵不深、区域整合不充分、管理理念有失偏颇、旅游人才缺乏、旅游营销意识薄弱等。从文化产业与旅游产业联动发展、注重人力资源开发与培养、中心辐射区域联盟、提高营销手段、打造旅游品牌和加强信息对称化管理等方面提出咸宁旅游业可持续发展的策略。
Xianning has advantages of tourism development such as abundant tourism resources, superior geographical location, broad market prospects for tourists, good and low-carbon ecological economy development, and high visibility. However, there are still shortcomings, tourism and cultural connotation is not deep, insufficient regional integration, management philosophy is biased, lack of tourism talent, tourism marketing awareness is weak. The strategy of sustainable development of tourism in Xianning is put forward from the interactive development of cultural industry and tourism industry, focusing on the development and training of human resources, the regional radiation alliance, improving the marketing means, building tourism brand and strengthening information symmetry management.
