针对铣削力是影响钛合金薄壁件变形的重要因素,建立了一种铣削力预测模型。利用回归分析的方法得到了铣削力预测公式,并通过铣削试验与有限元仿真对铣削力预测模型的合理性和精准性进行了验证。
For the milling force is an important factor affecting the deformation of thin-walled titanium alloy parts, a milling force prediction model was established. The prediction formula of milling force was obtained by regression analysis. The rationality and accuracy of milling force prediction model were verified by milling test and finite element simulation.
