目的:总结濮阳市华龙区学校卫生监督量化分级管理的应用效果。方法:选择濮阳市华龙区28所大中专学校为研究对象,均于2011年1月1日开始实施卫生监督量化分级管理。结果:实施量化分级管理后华龙区学校卫生评级优秀数增加至20所,未出现评级为差的学校;量化分级管理实施后学校教学环境评分6.1±1.2分、生活环境评分6.8±1.5分明显高于实施前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);量化分级管理实施后传染病防控制度及措施落实得分、健康教育得分、消毒产品得分、疫情报告得分以及健康体检得分均明显高于量化分级实施前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:学校卫生监督量化分级管理有利于提高学校卫生管理水平,改善教学和生活环境,有利于提高群体性传染病的控制率,值得推广使用。
Objective: To summarize the application effects of the quantitative and hierarchical management of school health supervision in Hualong District of Puyang City. Methods: 28 colleges and secondary technical secondary schools in Hualong District of Puyang City were chosen as research objects. All of them were implemented on January 1, 2011 to carry out quantitative and hierarchical management of health supervision. Results: After the implementation of quantitative and hierarchical management, the number of excellent schools in Hualong District increased to 20, and the schools with poor ratings did not appear. After the implementation of quantitative and hierarchical management, the school teaching environment score was 6.1 ± 1.2 points and the living environment score was 6.8 ± 1.5 points significantly higher The difference was statistically significant before implementation (P <0.05). After the implementation of quantitative grading management, the prevention and control of infectious diseases, the implementation of measures, health education scores, disinfection products scores, epidemic reporting scores and health examination scores were significantly higher than the quantitative Before grading, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: The quantitative and hierarchical management of school health supervision is conducive to improving the level of school health management, improving teaching and living environment, raising the control rate of group sexually transmitted diseases and deserving to be popularized.
