为1994年年会做准备,西南地区森林经理研究会云南理事会,于1994年4月12日在云南省林业调查规划设计院召开,出席会议的有省林业调查规划设计院及院属昆明分院、省林业勘察设计院、林业部西南林业勘察设计院、昆明市林业局等单位的理事。研究会副理事长、省林业调查规划设计院院长曹善寿高工讲了话,研究会副秘书长徐志辉高工汇报了第二届理事会第一次理事会精神及有关决定。理事们就1994年年会在云南省举办和资助研究会经费等问题充分交换了意见,经商定:
Prepared for the 1994 Annual Meeting, Southwest Forest Research Council of Yunnan Council, on April 12, 1994 in Yunnan Forestry Investigation Planning Design Institute was held to attend the meeting of the Provincial Forestry Investigation Planning and Design Institute and the hospital Kunming Branch , Provincial Forestry Investigation and Design Institute, Ministry of Forestry, Southwest Forestry Investigation and Design Institute, Kunming Forestry Bureau and other units. Senior Vice President Cao Shanshou, vice chairman of the Research Society, and director of the Provincial Forestry Investigation and Planning and Design Institute made a speech. Xu Zhihui, deputy secretary general of the Research Council, reported the spirit of the first council and the relevant decisions of the second council. The directors fully exchanged opinions on issues such as funding for the 1994 conference and funding of the research institutes in Yunnan Province. After the meeting was agreed:
