近年来矿泉水作为一种新兴的天然保健型饮料受到广大消费者的欢迎,需求量逐年增大。但据国家食品质量监督检验中心报告,1996年随机抽查的天然矿泉水合格率仅34.5%,其中细菌总数超标占37.9%。由于矿泉水属于一种特殊的食品饮料,目前对市售成品矿泉水细菌总数的检验是用天然矿泉水的方法,还是用食品饮料的检测方法尚无统一明确的规定,因此我们在近期对采集到的100价市售成品矿泉水进行24小时和48小时不同培养时间的细菌总数测定,结果经统计学,现报告如
