目的:对红楝子枝叶的化学成分进行研究。方法:应用多种色谱方法进行分离和纯化,并利用NMR和IR等方法解析化合物结构。结果:从红楝子枝叶的石油醚和氯仿提取物中分离得到7个化合物,它们的结构分别被鉴定为3-Acetoxy-17-furan-3-yl-1-hydroxy-1,4,4,10,13-pentamethyl-12-oxo-tetradecahydro-16,20-dioxa-cyclopropa[14,15]cyclopenta[α]phenanthrene-7-carboxylic acid methyl ester(I)、谷甾醇(II)、豆甾醇(Ⅲ)、正三十五烷(Ⅳ)、棕榈酸(Ⅴ)、正二十烷(Ⅵ)、3-(3-Propyl-[1,1′,3′,1″]tercyclohexan-3″-yl)-propan-1-ol(Ⅶ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ、Ⅳ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物Ⅰ为新化合物。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the leaves of Toona sinensis. Methods: A variety of chromatographic methods were used to separate and purify the compounds. The structures of compounds were analyzed by NMR and IR. Results: Seven compounds were isolated from the petroleum ether and chloroform extracts of the branches and leaves of Melia tomentosa and their structures were identified as 3-Acetoxy-17-furan-3-yl-1-hydroxy- 10,13-pentamethyl-12-oxo-tetradecahydro-16,20-dioxa-cyclopropa [14,15] cyclopenta [α] phenanthrene-7-carboxylic acid methyl ester ), N-pentacosane (Ⅳ), palmitic acid (Ⅴ), n-eicosane (Ⅵ), 3- (3-Propyl- [1,1 ’, 3’ ) -propan-1-ol (VII). Conclusion: Compounds Ⅰ, Ⅳ, Ⅵ and Ⅶ are isolated from this plant for the first time, and compound Ⅰ is a new compound.
