本刊讯2015年9月16日,国家卫生和计划生育委员会副主任马晓伟在京会见了香港特别行政区食物及卫生局局长高永文一行,双方就实施分级医疗及开展突发事件紧急医学救援合作进行了交流。马晓伟指出,以往两地在突发公共卫生事件、食品安全等领域合作广泛,今后双方应该在体制、政策研究、人才培养等方面深入研究,开展合作。根据国务院发布的《关于推进分级诊疗制度建设的指导意见》,合理的就医格局是医改最终成果
On September 16, 2015, Ma Xiaowei, deputy director of the National Health and Family Planning Commission, met with Gao Yongwen, director of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region’s food and health bureau, and his delegation. Both sides exchanged views on the implementation of graded medical care and the emergency medical rescue cooperation in emergencies. . Ma Xiaowei pointed out that in the past both places had extensive cooperation in such areas as public health emergencies and food safety. In the future, both sides should conduct further research and cooperation in system and policy research as well as personnel training. According to the “Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Construction of a Hierarchical Medical Treatment System” promulgated by the State Council, the reasonable pattern of medical treatment is the final result of medical reform
